Root chemicals and evolutionarily neutral DNA regions in L. cyathiceps samples collected in the Zhongdian (Shangrila) County of Yunnan, P. R. China, were examined. Twenty compounds were isolated, including three new ones, 1β,10β‐epoxy‐6β‐(propionyloxy)furanoeremophilan‐9‐one ( 6 ), 1β,10β‐epoxy‐8α‐ethoxyeremophila‐6,11‐diene ( 14 ), and 11αH‐6β‐isobutyryloxy‐1β,10β,7β,8β‐diepoxyeremophilan‐12,8α‐olide ( 15 ). The chemical diversity was found to be limited, with cacalol ( 1 ) and 6‐(acyloxy)furanoeremophilan‐9‐ones ( 4 and/or 5 ) being major components in all the samples. The nuclear ribosomal RNA gene was also found to harbor little variation, although two distinct sequence types were found for the plastid atpB‐rbcL intergenic region.  相似文献

The addition of alkenylzirconocene chloride to 3,4-dihydroisoquinoline in the presence of a stoichiometric amount of acylating agent such as (Boc)2O or ClCOOC2H5 was carried out in the presence of a catalytic amount of Cu(I) (10 mol %) to give an alkenylation-carbamation product. The enantioselective addition (56-75%ee) of the alkenylzirconocene chloride was also achieved under Cu(I)/chiral amine (10 mol %) conditions.  相似文献

We consider 2-factors with a bounded number of components in the n-times iterated line graph Ln(G). We first give a characterization of graph G such that Ln(G) has a 2-factor containing at most k components, based on the existence of a certain type of subgraph in G. This generalizes the main result of [L. Xiong, Z. Liu, Hamiltonian iterated line graphs, Discrete Math. 256 (2002) 407-422]. We use this result to show that the minimum number of components of 2-factors in the iterated line graphs Ln(G) is stable under the closure operation on a claw-free graph G. The stereocontrolled total synthesis of the originally proposed ( 1 ) and correct ( 2 ) structures of (+)‐neopeltolide, a novel marine macrolide natural product with highly potent antiproliferative activity against several cancer cell lines as well as potent antifungal activity, has been achieved by exploiting a newly developed Suzuki–Miyaura coupling/ring‐closing metathesis strategy. Alkylborate 44 , which was generated in situ from iodide 34 , was coupled with enol phosphate 8 by a Suzuki–Miyaura coupling. Ring‐closing metathesis of the derived diene 45 followed by stereoselective hydrogenation afforded tetrahydropyran 47 as a single stereoisomer in high overall yield from 34 . Our convergent strategy enabled us to construct the 14‐membered macrolactone core structure of 2 in a rapid and efficient manner. Total synthesis and biological evaluation of synthetic intermediates and designed synthetic analogues, performed to establish the structure–activity relationships of 2 , led to the discovery of a structurally simple yet potent cytotoxic analogue, 9‐demethylneopeltolide ( 54 ).  相似文献

Anionic polymerization of triphenylmethyl methacrylate was performed by using P-chiral bisphosphine initiators. According to the optical rotation analysis and circular dichroism measurements, the polymer obtained by using the initiator (S,S)-1,2-bis(boranato(tert-butyl)methylphosphino) ethane exhibited one-handed helical conformation induced by the chirality of phosphorus atoms in the polymer terminal. The enantiomer (R,R)-1,2-bis(boranato(tert-butyl)methylphosphino) ethane gave the opposite one-handed helical polymer. Optically active bisphosphine (S,S)-1,2-bis(boranatomethylphenylphosphino) ethane was employed for the helix-sense-selective polymerization of triphenylmethyl methacrylate in order to obtain the polymer with the same helix sense as the polymer obtained from the initiator (S,S)-1,2-ethane bis(t-butylm-ethylphosphineborane). Further, removal of the coordinated boranes and complexation with platinum(II) on the chiral phosphorus atoms were carried out in order to yield the corresponding polymer-platinum(II) complex without loss of its chiral higher-ordered structure.  相似文献

Here, a quantitative electrochemical analysis of periodontal bacteria in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) and saliva by direct polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is presented. The electrochemical measurement was performed by mixing with PCR products and electrochemical indicator (bisbenzimidazole trihydrochloride). The peak current of indicator is reduced due to slower diffusion when the dye intercalates into the amplified DNA, and the degree of reduction in the peak current is correlates with the quantity of amplified DNA. Therefore, a quantitative analysis is possible by using our electrochemical method at the end point of PCR. In the GCF testing, The number of Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg) detected by our electrochemical method at the end point of PCR were almost same compared with that were calculated by the conventional method of quantitative real? time PCR. In the saliva testing, the relationship between number of Pg in saliva and average pocket depth, and age‐dependence were also clearly observed. Since the saliva sample is obtained in a non‐invasive manner, this method is useful for the primary screening of periodontal disease. Moreover, our detection method is simple and uses a hand‐held potentiostat making it suitable for development of an on‐site periodontal diagnosis system.  相似文献

It was tried to prepare hybrid microcapsules composed of porous inorganic particles and epoxy resin shell and to apply to the self‐healing agent. A water soluble imidazole of gelation promoting agent as the core material was microencapsulated in the porous inorganic particles, which were coated with epoxy resin. The porous inorganic particles were prepared with the interfacial reaction between sodium silicate and calcium ion in the (W/O) dispersion. In the experiment, the concentration of sodium silicate and the mixing speed to form the (W/O) dispersion were mainly changed. The porous inorganic particles were immersed in the aqueous solution dissolving imidazole and then, added in the corn oil dissolving epoxy resin to be microencapsulated with gelated epoxy resin. The hybrid microcapsules containing imidazole with the mean diameters from 200 to 400 µm were able to be prepared and to induce the gelation reaction of epoxy resin by breaking the hybrid microcapsule shell due to heating.
